What is Simply Support?

It is our non-retained service offering. Almost every professional, credible IT support company requires a minimum fee, either in pre-paid hours, or fixed monthly cost to be retained as a client.  We understand that many businesses either don’t have the budget or desire to pay for service they may not use on a monthly or daily basis. Simply Support gives your business computer and network support without a retainer or monthly fee from a professional IT service company. We are Certified Microsoft Partners, Cisco, A+, and Microsoft Certified Engineers, and have 30 years of experience in IT working with small businesses.

What is the difference between Simply Support and Retained Support?

Retained Support Businesses receive support response within 4 hours after submitting a support request for non-business critical issues and immediate response for business critical issues

Simply Support Businesses will receive a response within 24 hours after submitting a support request and may get immediate support for business critical issues, but it is not guaranteed. We understand that even though your business is not retained, if your business is down, we will get to you as soon as possible.

Can I combine other services while only being a Simply Support Client?

 Yes, we offer Spam Filtering for email, Microsoft’s Office 365, and online backup services, as well as consulting.

Do I get an assigned Technician for my business?

 Yes, your business will get an assigned Technician and that person will be your primary Tech. However, that does not mean that person will always provide your service. Another Tech may service your business if your Primary is not available.  This will be most likely in case of an urgent or critical support call

Do I have to sign a contract for Retained or Simply Support Service?

No, neither service requires a contract. If you decide to have another IT company service your business or just no longer with to have service, just let us know and pay your final invoice. We will forward all current documentation to you for your records.

How will I get billed for Simply Support?

 You must have a credit card on file with us and you will get invoiced upon completion of service by our office. You will receive a ticket of service and an invoice to your email on file. Onsite service is a minimum of one hour and 15 minute increments thereafter. Remote service is billed in 15 minute increments. We do not markup hardware, but we do charge for the time it takes our staff to research, order and procure. In most cases, it’s 15 minutes. If your hardware is something complex and needs to be built, researched or configured, such as a server, or multiple computers, or a laundry list of equipment, it will be more.

If your business does not have a credit card, you can fill out a credit application. If approved, your business will receive an invoice that you can pay by check.
